James Herd is a YouTuber, a Novelist, a Voice Actor and Singer who has been on the internet for a very long time.
In late 2012 / early 2013, he started Pixcelation Entertainment as an outlet for him and his friends to write about anime, video games, and other entertainment. It would only last until the summer of 2016, at which point it would remain dormant until James would rebrand the site, converting it from a media outlet to a solo venture. In the time since he’s spent way too much time watching anime in order to talk about it with weebs like you.
In the late 2000s, he conceptualized “The Intermine Legacy,” which is an ongoing story that is being told through literary means as well as through narrative podcasts. In 2013, the first novel in “The Intermine Legacy” was published, but since then has been undergoing redevelopment on a microscopic level, and is aimed for a republication in the near future.
In the meantime, his audio production group, Studio Intermine (also known as Intermine Studios) has released podcasts chronicling the events of the first novel, and they’re currently working on releasing new content.
James can be heard as the voice of William McKinley in The Intermine Legacy: I am the Darkness (Intermine Studios); Edmond Dantes in Monte Cristo (Intermine Studios); Alexander Sartor in For Tomorrow: a Tale of Rebellion (Intermine Studios); and Drew in =MATCH (Vocal Loco). He’s also hosted a variety of online singing competitions such as Animation Sensation, Golden Voices, Wires and Circuits, In The Booth and Re:Animated.
